How Long Does It Take To Get Over Light Headedness, Nausea And Shaky Feeling After D&C, Hystoscopy And Novasure ?

Hi!

I had a D&C, hystoscopy and Novasure under general anesthesia on 12/27/13. I realize it's only been a couple days, however, I am still feeling lightheaded, nauseous, shaky and just not myself (these feelings come and go). I am also anemic, so I'm not sure if that is contributing to these 'off' feelings and delay in returning to feeling normal. My appetite is low and I'm only having about one meal a day. I'm doing my best to snack on nutritious items like veggies and Greek yogurt. My question is: how long should I expect to feel off and is this normal?

Thank you!

Hi,

It is normal to have little upset like you have about a week to 10 days. Please have foods that you like and you will be fine. Take adequate rest. Have lots of water.

Regards
