Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Prostap injection is leuprolide acetate which is given to treat endometriosis. It is given after the surgical removal of ovarian cysts ( chocolate cysts). It is usually given up to 6-7 cycles, at the maximum for one year postoperatively. You should conceive after your treatment is completed, because leuprolide has adverse effects on the fetus. I would suggest you to consult your OBGYN specialist for proper prenatal counselling when you plan for pregnancy. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health. Regards, Dr Deepti Verma
