How Long Does It Take To Stop The Bleeding After Taking Noerthisterone?

I have been prescribed Noerthisterone to stop my bleeding. How long does it take before this stops. My period has been on and off for 3 weeks and i was prescribed Norethisterone today and also my period started again today. I am hoping that it will stop just wanted to know how long before pills starting working.

Hi,

It seems you have irregular periods off and on due to hormonal imbalance. In that case you would observe no bleeding within a week of starting the pills and you need to continue the course as per your gynecologists advise. Pill should be taken strictly as advised by doctor regularly without a break.
