Hi and thanks for asking to HCM forum. Pregnacare is not a hormonal pill and it wont affect ones menstrual period.Pregnacare contains prenatal supplement to safeguard the diet of those who are planning for pregnancy or are already pregnant. A scientifically developed formulation of 19 important vitamins and minerals (also contains vit B12 and Folic acid and iron). It wont affect your period in any way and u may be having some other problem which needs evaluation. Please do consult a local gynecologist and he/she will decide what is best for you.
