How Long Does The Swelling In The Knee Take To Subside Which Started After I Flipped And Fell Down?
About 1 month ago a rope took me out at the knees I flipped over the side of a mountain my knee was hurt the rope hit my knee in the front I was able to finish getting wood it hurt when i got home I iced and elevated stayed in a chair for a week it swelled up good I can bear my weight on it now but bending and extending are difficult to say the least. H ow long dose recovery take? Are there any tricks to regain my movement?
You must get x-ray of affected knee in AP and Lateral view done and discus it with your doctor or send it to me. Perhaps there may be hair line fracture of patellar cap is there.
Only after seeing report of your x-ray, it can be commented that for how long recovery will take place.
Till then avoid walking and squatting and upstairs for prolong time.
You can take aceclofenac+ serratiopeptidase by discussing it with your doctor.
