How Long It Is Safe To Take Tegrital Cr 200 For Seizures?

Hi,I had fits when am 10 years old..I used tegrital cr 200 and then later I discontinued so I got fits again and then now am using tegrital cr 200 continously am free from fits since 7 years ..now May I stop using tablets..pls suggest me regarding this issue
