Angina is not something you can wait for to get relief. Especially in complicated situation as yours. You need to avoid eating heavy meals, walking after meals, don't walk against cold breeze or don't walk uphill. Keep GTN (Nitroglycerine) tablet with you and as soon as you get chest discomfort, chest pain, breathlessness you should put one tablet under the tongue and go immediately to Hospital.
Hi,John thanks for query. No chest pain should be ignored. It is true that you are taking regular medicines but continuous pain suggests that you heart is not getting proper blood at this time, please discuss this issue with doctor and take your medicines regularly. You have to remain in constant contact with your doctor.
