How Long Should An AIDS Patient Stay On Tev-Tropin Shots?
I have AIDS for 23 years. I have horrible lipodistraphy. I am trying to do some research onTev-Tropin to see if I can afford it. I don t know what the stared dosage is for AIDS patients. How long I should stay on it. And how many days a week I need to inject it. 1 vial is 5mg. How many dosages do you get from one vile and how many files do I need to buy. Thank You Jess Brewer
Tev Tropin is a Somatropin used in the AIDS patients for improving the CD4 cells and restoring the muscle mass (Here in AIDS patients wastage of muscles are common). Usually requires 1.5 mg dose for 3 doses in a week.
That means one vial will get 3 doses. If use 24 weeks, your CD4 cells will increase up to 55 to 60 cells/mm3 and reversal of muscle wastage. But these injectables must be monitor by qualified physicians and observe side effects and adjust dosage as per.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
