How Long Should Keto-b Cream Be Used On Groin Area And Penis?

Hi, i am using keto b cream in the groin area and on the penis. The blackness seems to be reducing after 3 days. When can i stop using the cream and what if the symptoms re-occur. Is it safe to use keto-b cream for long time?Do i need to take any oral pills?

Hello and thanks for your question. Keto- be cream is ketoconazole and antifungal medication. It should be used until all rash is gone and then for about a week longer. There is no danger in using it for a longer period of time. Taking oral antifungal pills is irritating to the liver and should only be considered if topical medications do not work. Good day to you.
