How Long The Metaspray Should Be Used For Sneezing?

HI Since 3 years i am getting sneezes daily and i consult the ent doctor and they said it is allergy and refer the metasparay medicine daily. since three years i am usnig metaspray if i use that the sneezes not coming if i dont use then the sneezs are continuing.please suggest me how many years i should have to use this metaspray medicine or is there any other alternative treatment for this remedy.

Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Looking at your symptoms,you are probably suffering from Allergic Rhinitis.

You are using the Metaspray since a long duration of time.Generally,it can be taken continuously for around 3 months.

I would advise you to have an Allergy testing to find out which substances,you are allergic to ,so that you can take precautions to avoid those substances.

If still no improvement,then you can also go for Immunotherapy,in which you are exposed to substance which you are allergic to ,in a gradually increasing order,so that you become Tolerant to that allergic substance.
