Congratulations on quitting cannabis. It is nice to know that you are sleeping well now. However, for people who are chronic users, the metabolites of cannabis remain in the body for up to a month or even more and can be detected in biological samples. Even though the metabolites remain in the body, the withdrawal symptoms are gone within a few days. Sometimes, people continue to feel craving for cannabis for long but there are no physical symptoms.
Best wishes.
