my mother haha stroke 3 weeks aho she is 85 she responds with a head shake and once responded by picking up her leg and hand and many times she responded by showing her 1 2 3 4 fingers and

yesterday she opened 1 eye for 2 minutes and moved her mouth and started talking how long will it take for her to recover

It depends upon what sort of stroke she had, which part of the brain was affected etc. It is impossible to put a time frame on the recoverty from stroke. In some cases, there is no recovery. The doctors looking after her in hospital should have explained prognosis.
