How Long Will It Take To Stop Pricking After Cutting The Pubes?

pubes cut short, but want them back to normal, when will they stop prickling though, this is the main problem (is this something that will stop when they are a little bit longer) [if i shave facial hair i get stubble the same day- dunno if this will help work out how long]
