As per the history you have provided about an accident with car roll over, there can be an internal abdominal injury. Although you have not mentioned about any other symptoms like bloating, pain, constipation, inability to pass gases, these are also to be looked for. When i doubt, the following things help us to get a proper diagnosis. First of all, the contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen. Tests of blood, urine and stool. Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon. All these things help a proper diagnosis and treatment.
