How Long Will Skin Allergy With Itching Take To Heal?
I had a new tattoo done 16 days ago. I had an allergic reaction on the tattoo due to some cat hair. (I am severely allergic to cats) The tattoo became infected and I was prescribed keflex. I have been off the antibiotics for 3or 4 days now and obviously the tattoo is very faded, but my skin is till kind of rough and the outer edge of the tattoo is slightly raised and it still itches all over. How long should it take before my skin is smooth again?

I really appreciate your concern, in fact if the condition being treated with proper drugs then this would come around within two or three days, if this is taking longer than enough time then this could be not correct medicine or slow response, in such case this may take couple of weeks, take care.
