Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that bleeding after hitting on the ear can be due to perforation of the ear drum due to sudden trauma to the ear..
Other thing is that you also seems to have developed
ear infection leading to yellow discharge from the ear that can be pus..
You are not experiencing pain as you are taking
Ibuprofen that is an anti-inflammatory painkiller..
As it is already 48 hours and discharge is still present you need to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can clean your ear manually and do an otoscopic examination..
You can be advised a course of
oral antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller, oral as well as nasal decongestant sprays..
Antibiotic and
steroid nasal drops can be continued..
Avoid exposure to loud sounds, do not pick the ears as well as limit water exposure like swimming..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
