My Dear Welcome to Healthcaremagic! I have noted your concerns and feel that most probably it is due to inflammation that usually accompanies yeast infections of the groins area. In my patients, i usually begin treatment with combination of Clotrimazole and Clobetasone to control inflammation and then carry on with plain clotrimazole. I also give anti allergic for itching and systemic anti fungal like Fluconazole for lasting relief. It works fast and relieves the problem altogether.
