Hi,

Primolut-N is a progesterone preparation and irregular bleeding is one of the side effect of drug. You should not double the dose of pills when bleeding is there. The routine dose should be taken as per advice. Bleeding would stop on its own while taking pills.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
