How Many Days Should I Take Sysfol And Olrimet To Get Pregnant?
I am 27 yrs and 2 yrs of marrige, I have been planning for pregnancy since past 10 months and I am taking Sysfol and olrimet for the past 2 months as per Gyn advice and my periods are also irregular. so please suggest more how many days i have to take this for getting pregnant

You need to modify you lifestyle, start regular exercise, low carbohydrate diet, reduce weight, 30 mins of sunlight exposure, plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Take tab Ovabless daily for 3 months and tab Shelcal 500mg daily once for 3 months.
