How Many Hours Does Primolut N Taken To Start Delaying The Periods?

hai i am 23 yrs old, mother of 1 year child. my LMp is 31/12/2013, my menstural cycle is 28 to 30 days. i didnt have menstrual in this month, then i have commitment of tommorow, so i take primoult pill in from yesterday evening, how many hours primoult work in normal, and how hours works this pill late taking?
