Taking caffeine drinks in the morning can interfere with your absorption of some important minerals and
vitamins. So i suggest you to drink your morning coffee , 15 minute later to have a glass of water and then 30 minutes after the coffee drink to pop in your vitamin tablet.
A 30 minute interval must be good enough to reduce the interference of both.
You could also include in your diet certain food rich in
vitamin A, B1, C like green vegetables, spinach, citrus fruits, meat, dairy products ..
This balanced diet should prove good for your hair too, and will reduce your hair loss. Reduce
stress and
massage with a good hair oil 2-3 times a week.
