yes, thank you, my husband on peg tube feeding, needs to take lactose {30 ml} for his constant problem of constipation. his new bottle of lactose says {30} ml,,How many teaspoons would this figure to be. I think about { 2 or 3} not sure really. thanks for you information here. have a goodevening.

hi, each standard sized tea spoon roughly measure to 10 ml. so you may give him 3 tea spoons to reach 30 ml volume. Hope this helped.
