Hello thanks for asking from HCM

Cialis is TADALAFIL and the drug is used in erectile dysfunction. Overall the drug is a safe drug and is free of any serious side effects. If used in patients of hypertension who are taking Nitrates the drug may cause significant hypotension so should be avoided. If you have BP under control and you are not taking any nitrate drugs then you can take 20-30 mg per day but visit your doctor before increasing any dose.

Thanks
