Hello my friend
Thanks for your question on HCM

With my respone i dont wont to scare you but no Doctor will say to you thet alcohol is good. The best medical guideline says No Amount of Alcohol Is Safe. Thay had made some studies and in the conlusion said:
The more alcohol that a person drinks, the higher the risk of cancer is. The alcohol/cancer link has been strengthened by the finding of a dose/response relationship between alcohol consumption and certain cancers. A causal relationship exists between alcohol consumption and cancers of the mouth, pharynx, larynx, esophagus, colon-rectum, liver, and female breast; a significant relationship also exists between alcohol consumption and pancreatic cancer.

Links have also been made between alcohol consumption and leukemia

And in addition, each dose of increasing alcohol directly affects the amount of fat in the blood vessels and the increased risk for heart disease.

The best think to do is to not drink at all any forms of alcohol

Hope it is heplful to you this information
Best regards
