How Much Calcirol Powder Should Be Taken?

Hi, My Vitamin D3 level is 21.8. I have heard Calcirol powder once in a month is good to increase vitamin d3 level. I would like to know how to have the same and what should be the dosage? and how often should I take? I dont have any other health problem and am 47 years female. Please help me.

I understand your concerns and I will try my best to assist you.
Calcirol powder usually comes in sachets. You should take 1/2 - 1 sachet per week for 3 months diluted in milk - This will give you 30.000 - 60.000 IU of vitamin D3.
Please have in mind that this dose is high and therefere you need to consult your physician first.

Hi.

please take calcirol once a week with 1 cup milk for continous 3 months then once 1 month .
