I was wondering how much damage I am doing to my body by smoking. I tried using this calculator, but it just seems to suit regular smokers. I am a 22 year old male and I am very active (lift and work out 4-5 times a week). I can say I am one of those who only smoke when they drink. On average, I smoke probably 2 cigerattes a week. I am in college for engineering and still living the nightlife, but once I get married and settle down, I plan on not smoking at all. If I continue smoking at this same rate for about 3 more years, am I causing much damage to myself?
