How much Equate pain relief should be given to 10 months old baby her weight is around 18 pounds. This is the first time she got fever in last 6 months and right now we measure it and it was 99.5 F. Today we gave her biscuits and after that there was one loose motion

You can give one fourth tablet for fever 6 hrly if fever goes over 100 f.
If it is syp then u csn use 5ml syp 6hrly.
