How Much Goji Berries Should Be Taken By Smokers To Prevent Cancer?
A study I came across recently mentioned that high amounts of vitamin A in the diets of smokers can lead to increased chances of lung cancer. Now, Gojiberries are high in Beta-Carotenes, yet some studies speak of their cancer-fighting properties. How much is too much ? .. a humble ex-smoker :-)
The effects are not very strong. It is not anything like a sure thing. It is not shown to even be reliably effective at all. BUT being 10 or more years post-smoking lowers the risk down to non-smoker levels.
