How Much Time Does It Take For Granulation To Cure?
hi! I had this problem with swallowing food there were white spots in my throat I thought it was strep throat but the doctor said its severe granulation now I don t know what that means itherso he gave two tests 1 was the blood work which came out normal 2 the x ray that came out normal as well but says both maxilliary antra hazy I m really concerned and when will these go away from my throat??

I would suggest you the following: First of all, get a CT scan of the sinuses done to know the exact problems the sinuses have. This is important as the infection from the sinuses has to be cured before then only the throat infection will get settled. Take an opinion of an ENT Surgeon so that you have the proper opinion and further investigations, surgery and medicines whichever is needed to get control over. This will cure your granulation in the throat. Locally sometimes they need to be cauterized. Till then stop fried and sour foods and beverages. Take warm fluids in small quantity but frequently.
