How Often Can Plasma Be Donated?

Hello, I give Plasma to help others, the machine stopped after getting about half a cup of blood. I was told I can not give again for 8 weeks, this seems rather a long time to recover from such a small amount of blood loss. What I would like to know is what is the time limit to recover the white blood cells lost, thank you for your help and have a Merry Christmas. Craig

Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Sir, let me you appreciate for the good nature of donating blood.
Usually for 1 unit of blood(350ml). you need to wait for 3 months time for the recovery of that amount of blood. For the blood you have donated You need to wait at least 6-8 weeks time. Don,t be in a hurry. Take care.

Thank you.
