How Old Is The Fetus And How To Abort It?

hi doctor, i did a pregnancy test using an ordinary pregnancy test kit and it turned out to be positive.. i dont know how many weeks is the baby now but the starting date of my last period was March 3, 2011. can you help me found out the exact week of the baby and how can i abort it? thank you very much

Understand your concern
You can do the abortion by confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week. USG scan should be done before abortion that confirm intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age of pregnancy. So you van confirm the exact week of pregnancy by USG scan. Abortion should be done under the advice of gynecologist. Do not use abortion pill at home as it cause serious complication that require surgery.
My method, mifepristone 600 mg on first day orally after meal, misoprostol 800 ug should be put high in vagina after 48 hour (on 3rd day). If no induced bleeding with in 72 hour, double dose may be needed that will decide by gynecologist. Generally abortion will start with in 30-45 minutes after last pill and complete in 4-6 days.
Post abortion USG should be done after 14 days to confirm retain products.
Rest for 48 hour, clean pelvic hygiene, analgesic should be advisable.
