How Relevant Is A CT Aortogram When Echocardiogram Shows A Dilated Ascending Aorta, And Concentric LVH While Having Hypertension?

My echocardiogram report shows Dialated Ascending Aorta 44mm and Aortic Base. Concentric LVH. Echo being done due to ECG Variation and Shortness of Breath . I was having high blood pressure in the past and is taking Telmisartan and Cilnidipine for the same. I am told to do CT AORTOGRAM asap. How relevant is this test.
