How Risky MDMA Is For A Patient Of Pulmonic Stenosis?

My girlfriend occasionally takes MDMA at music festivals, she has Pulmonic Stenosis. It s mild according to her doctors, she s never required surgery or anything like that. She also drinks coffee quite often and other caffeinated drinks. How big of a risk is MDMA for her.. ?

MDMA is adictive and is known to increase heart rate and blood pressure.If your girl friend has Mild pulmonic stenosis ,she may not need any surgery ,but she needs regular follow up assessment by echocardiography to look for progress of lesion.Use of MDMA will certainly harm her on long run,so better avoided
