Sir, I am heart patient, 51 yrs old and taking blood thinner, cholestol reducre and a blood pressure medication daily. During recent check up my doctor reduced dose of Tonact 20 to Tonact 10. Though I do not have BP problem, he advised me to have Seloken xl25 daily. Can I stop BP tablet?

Hello Welcome to HCM Thanks for posting your query. I understand your concerns. Seloken contains metoprolol which is a beta blockers group of antihypertensive.
You don't stop the drug yourself. Check your blood pressure regularly morning and evening. Record the readings. Tell your treating doctor about this.
