How Safe Is Aloe Vera Juice As Remedy For Indigestion?

I'm scheduled for Balloon Sinuplasty in 6 days.. I'm sensitive to most all pain meds;the doctor's assistant suggested i stop taking ALL vitamins one week prior to this procedure. They also suggested I take Arnica Montana, but i had an adverse reaction when i took only one...just wondering if it's ok to continue drinking aloe vera juice as it helps indigestion and seems to be a healing agent. no side effect of taking aloe Vera juice in normal amount . yes it treats indigestion but can't confirm about long term effects
