How Safe Is Having Sex During Pregnancy?

Dear Doctor. i am working in kuwait my wife came to kuwaito n 26 april 2011 and she got periods same day. we got tested on 30 May 2011 and it came positive for pregnancy. and the nurse suggested us to meet doctor after 20 days so that heart of the baby will form til tht time. my querry is can we have contact during this time. shall we consult gyano or wait for few more days

INTERCOURSE DURING PREGNANCY WILL NOT AFFECT THE CHILD IN ANY WAY. TO HAVE CONTACT OR NOT DEPENDS ON THE COMFORT OF BOTH PARTNERS IN THE RELATIONSHIP.
