How Safe Is Insemination To Deliver A Healthy Baby?

Hello Doctor, I d like to know whether the insemination is safe to deliver a healthy baby. If yes, what would be the procedure and the right day and time to do that. Also if you could provide me the approximate cost it would be great! Thanks in advance, Reshmi

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion you need to start with full workup in the form of hormone profile viz TSH, FSH, AMH, Prolactin and also pelvic ultrasound on day 2 for antral follicle count.
These tests will give you your fertility potential and status of ovaries and uterus.
Then ovulation induction drugs with follicular study to see for release of eggs and thus timing the insemination accordingly.
IUI coats around 10-12 thousand rupees.
