How Safe Is Mega 3 Of Reddys Lab For Pain In Ankle And Calf Muscle?

Hello I wld like to know if mega 3 of reddys lab is good for any particular health issue or can be consumed on a regular basis ?? I m healthy nd do jogging everyday...but I have lot of pain in my calfs and ankle. ..so my friend suggested that I can have theae capsules so that it will give me stamina. ..good skin and hair too. pls help.thanks,rakhi

Drug brand named Mega 3 Cap manufactured by Dr Reddy Laboratories Ltd mainly contains Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 120mg ,Eicosapentaenoic Acid 180mg ( ingredients of Fish Lipid Oil) .
Dietary DHA,an omega-3 fatty acid may reduce the risk of heart disease by reducing the level of blood triglycerides in humans.
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA ),an omega-3 fatty acid.is a polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) that acts as a precursor for prostaglandin-3 (which inhibits platelet aggregation);hence reduce the risk of thrombosis including coronary thrombosis.
Omega 3 fatty acids are very essential to the body.
It increases the level of HDL (good cholesterol), and decreases LDL and VLDL ( bad cholesterols).It reduces blood pressure in people with untreated hypertension. It stops progression of rheumatoid arthritis.It helps increase levels of calcium in the body and improve bone strength.These are the common advantages of omega 3 fatty acids. Cap mega 3 may not help reduce pain in ankle or calf muscles.
