Hello and welcome to health care magic. Masturbation is not a disease. It's a way of expression of sexual energy in the absence of a sexual partner. There are no long term health problems reported with it except for fatigue. If you want to control it, try yoga and meditation. Using drugs to suppress can result in long term effects like impotence. About erectile dysfunction, it can be psychogenic or vascular problems or due to hormonal imbalances, diabetes etc. My advice is to visit an Andrologist/Urologist so that he can have a look at your symptoms. He will perform a doppler scan and blood tests for hormonal levels and evaluate the cause and will treat accordingly. Hope this discussion will be helpful to you. Thank you.
