How Safe Is Pregnancy Post Gallbladder Surgery ?

I just had my gallbladder removed at the end of October 2011 and I m experiencing IBS. I now have a cold and I m taking 250 mg of Amoxicillan for an ear infection and I have 5 days left to finish the antiobiotics. My husband and I want to start trying to conceive a baby and I will be ovulating in approximately 5 days. Do you think it is safe for us to try to conceive now considering I had surgery less than 2 months ago and I ve been on antiobiotics?

No, post any surgery you should wait for atleast six months. So that effects of antibiotics and other drug will be over by the time. Also pregnancy needs good immune power which you will gaon within six months of surgery, better you wait for six months.
