Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Eldervit is vitamin B12 injection. This one helps when having pain due to neuropathy or low vitamin B12 level. The course for neuropathy is initially given for 5 days and later switch on to tablets. You can go for shots again also. It should be taken by your doctors advise only. Knee ligament injury if it is mild it can heal by conservative measures like giving rest and immobilization for some days followed by physiotherapy and exercise. But if there is significant injury then an arthroscopic correction is recommended.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
