How Safe Is Taking Equirab For Dog Bite?
hello, yesterday my 18th year son met an Accident ( Dog bite.) here is two teeth mark on his RH lower leg . We have taken Rabipur inj. As per dog owner s infermation they took a NOBIVAC RABIES VACCINE on 23rd March 2014. Can i take onther Vaccine . Like EQUIRAB. Plz advise. We are ur prompt responce on this .

In Stage 3 bites equirab can be given after testing as it is derived from horse serum , chances of allergic reactions are there .one should be prepared to handle any reaction .

Hi.. I suggest you take rabipur complete course of 0,3,7,14,28 and 90 days schedule for this. Once started with one brand you can continue with that. I don't thing you need to give Immunoglobulin for this as the dog is already vaccinated.
