Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Long-term uses of metoclopramide may lead to the development of drug-induced parkinsonism characterized by common (1% to 10%) akathisia, dizziness, extrapyramidal disorders, headache, parkinsonism, somnolence etcetera.

Rare (0.01% to 0.1%): Bradykinesia, convulsion, dystonic reaction, tremor. So please stop the taking the drug and please consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
