How Safe Is Taking Ultrogestan During Pregnancy?

hi, I am 32 years old, i have been married 6 years ago, my first pregnancy was normal without drugs, & i have Juliana 5 years now.on 2008 I had a vesicular mole, treated by evacuation early, & i waited 1.5 year to get pregnant again as my doctor said. then I had an early miscarriage on January 2011, now I am pregnant 8 weeks, & my doctor told me to take Utrogestan because of the last miscarriage. but I heared it is unsafe & that they will remove it in Egypt from pharmacies,i hane been taking it now for 9 days 1oo mg twice daily, should I continue or stop it or take a substitute drug? thank you
