How Safe Is Taking Cipla MTP Kit On 6th Week Of Pregnancy?
hello....... I took cipla MTP kit on 6 weeks pregnancy, 4 tablets applied vaginally and blooding was started without clots and it is continue since 4 days clots are discharged minimal so if clots not being discharged only blooding then it is ensured that pregnancy is being terminated....
I understand your query. If the tablets caused only bleeding and no clots or a fleshy mass then the chances of an incomplete abortion canot be ruled out.
I suggest that you see a gynecologist and get a pelvic examination as well as an ultrasound done to check for the completeness of the procedure. If a few bits are seen remaining inside then a small surgical procedure may be needed to remove them. Also I must mention that MTP kit must be taken under the guidance of a doctor after confirming the exact duration of pregnancy so as to avoid any untoward effects.
So kindly see your doctor and get examined as soon as possible.
Hope this satisfies your query. Thanks for using HCM. Feel free to ask any more questions that you may have. Dr Madhuri Bagde Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist
