How Safe Is Taking Zolosoft Instead Of Paxil?

I recently was on the off brand of paxil and my doctor changed my medicine to zoloft which when i took i have several reactions so i stopped taking it . I took half of one sunday , half of one monday . i called my doctor and told him i didn t feel comfortable with any symptoms i was having he then told me to keep taking it for a week or two . i stopped cold turkey so im now having withdrawls . Could I take paxil or would it mess up something or no ? I just cant keep feeling like this and having withdrawls but i wont touch zoloft

Brief..I would like to know which symptoms you get after starting tab.zoloft?and what was the reason your doctor told you to stop to take paxil.
Detailed answer..Since both medicines can be used to decrease some particular symptoms of depression and anxiety.My question is that if tab paxil suited you and was not causing any side effects then why your doctor stopped it .First you should know wether you are getting withdrawal symptoms or side effects of drug like (dizziness,constipation,haedache,insomenia,tremor and so on).
Since you have not mentioned which symptoms you are getting because of the medicines you took,so it can not be decided without knowing it.
Further you may discuss with your doctor about the dose and other group of medicines for the same symptoms.
