my son is 14 months old and is suffereing from cold and caugh. for caugh my docotor prescribed corex dx and amborlyte-s syrup. is it advisable to give both medice at a time. or any one to be given. if any one then which one is best.....Corex or amborlyte?

It's a pretty unusual combination . Corex dx contains dextromethorphan which is used for Dry cough but Ambrolyte-s is used for productive cough . So if your kid is having Dry cough use Corex dx but if productive cough use Ambrolyte-s.
