How Safe Is To Take Strone, Duvadilan, Doxyla And Omnatax During Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor, My name is Nitha and I am 8 weeks pregnant. I am taking the following tablets as per advise of my doc: I would like to know if these are safe during pregnancy?
1) strone
2) dudadilan for stomach pain
3) doxyla for vomiting
4) omnatax for urinary infection

You can safely continue the same.
Also please do a anomaly scan at 20 weeks and follow back with reports .
