How Safe Is To Use Skinlite Cream?

Doctor I am using hydroquinone+tretinoin+mometasone furoate skinlite cream since 2months.cream is giving me better reasults on my face but some people are asking me stop the use becouse initialy they may be good but later they may darken the skin and damage the cells.....i am realy confused pls get me answe

Hi, Skinlite has got a mid potent steroid. this combination especially should not be used for a longer period because of the side effects associated with them .
Recommended period is 2 months for the combination you are using otherwise hydroquinone alone or in combination with low potent steroids can be used to 4 months too.
So if you have got good improvement i suggest to taper this formulation off and shift to non hydroquinone and non steroid based formulations like kojic acid, arbutin, licorice extracts , ascorbic acid etc for maintainence therapy.
And always use a sunscreen relegiously and avoid sun exposure to avoid hyperpigmentaion
