How Safe Is Using Hydrip MT Cream And Sofradex For Acne And Spots?

hello doctor....i just wanna know that if ill use hydrip Mt cream for face acne & dark spot prob for a long time then its harmful for me or not ????along with this tube my Dr suggest sofradex cream...Both cream is help me out my prob but when i stop to use them my prob is again with me...Plzzz guide me to suggets what i m suppose to do ???

Hi and welcome to HCM
Since you have a recurring acne problem first you need to tackle the cause. Since I dont know your age, Acne usually reduces after the age of 25, and seen more with oilier skin. Also any hormonal or menstrual problems can cause acne even in adulthood especially around the chin and jaws. So check for such things as well.
As for the creams, Hydrip MT is not safe to be used for longer than few months, and should be used only at night.
You can take a course of Doxycycline 100mg everyday for 14 days. Apply Clindamycin gel on the pimples and adapalene at night.
Wash your face gently but regularly. Use a facewash such as Fash or Glogeous.
Avoid oily, fried and processed foods. Eat healthy and drink lots of fluids.
Keep in mind that acne is recurrent and can keep coming back on and off for a while. Once you finish this course visit a dermatologist to check the improvement and continue treatment.
